Condolences to all the family. ‘Jack’ was Station Commander at El Adem when I was there [1963-65], my own personal recollection will always be imprinted in my memory.

It was in November 1964 that I was sent [urgently] to PMRAF Hospital Akrotiri, Jack turned up on 28th November at my bedside unannounced and pulled up a chair and had a chat, and as I was over there for some three weeks he asked his wife to go and see my wife where we resided at The Palace Hotel in Tobruk.

That was the measure of Jack Frost, he will be sorely missed………
