Hi all,
Just to say that we are performing a full taxi run of Lusty Lindy tomorrow (sunday) at 3pm at elvington aerodrome. Sorry about the short notice but it was just going to be a static engine run but we just got clearance to use the full runway!
Expect some serious noise as we clear the cobwebs out! Although since it was short notice we have not had time to pack the chute so it will only be a 90kt taxi instead of a 140Kt taxi!
You should be able to see everything from the museum although i believe people are being allowed onto the airfield becasue it is Wings and Wheels day!

Glad to here everything is running well with the old girl, but remeber we have the cute to pack, a big curry, and lots of beer to drink before August.

Victor Taxi Run
Hi All,
Did the run today at 3pm. Everything went fine and start up was accomplished with full functionals before we set off.
We did a slow taxi to the far end of the runway and then after an engine check we opened her up and accelerated to 90kts before closing the throttles and returning to our parking space.
All in all a good day with a 40 minute run….Excellent!
Will try to figure out how to post piccys then will add some!
Hope to see you at the airshow on the 20th and 21st of august for our 140kt Run!
