U.S Lysanders?

To the best of my knowledge there are three Lysanders in the U.S.

ex N7791 on static display with NASM at Dulles
ex-Tallichet IIIA now with Bristol Heritage Collection (restoration?)
ex G-BCWL in storage with Kermit Weeks

However, searching through the U.S. registered aircraft database I ran across N612VH listed as a Westland Lysander IIIA in Idaho. Anyone know more about this plane/project?
