Engine wackooooooos?!? :-)

http://storage.mfa.free.fr/temp/daimler320.avi

got this link from a friend of mine, what we know is that it’s an inline 6 cyl engine, and it’s prolly a Daimler (according to the name of the file).
We also know that’s it’s loud as hell (no mufflers?!?! :p ) and that is water cooled, but I wouldt pay attention to the installment of the radiator, as it’s prolly a workbench customization..
Good hunting! πŸ™‚

might well be, since the Albatross had the radiator installed on the top wing, hence the strange installation of the radiator.

I would imagine the Albatross would move to France later this year and will follow the DVII onto the line quite soon after.

Couldn’t get it to play here but it is more than likely the Austro Daimler for the Memorial Flight Albatross DIII.

Coming soon to a La FertΓ© near you . . .

I think our friend M. Hiscock and his friends might know what this is all about.

also the dynamo starter at the beginning should help…
My first guess is that is a WW1 or inter-war engine, but who knows…
