Buttons

Bought these in an antique shop.The RAF buttons are easy,the other ?I think I know because of where I bought them!

Two are Kings Crown Buttons and the other two are Queens Crown the smaller shaped one is the Kings from the reign of George V1 one of the other items is an officers whistle from WW1
