We will be EGR’ing XM655 on the Saturday around lunchtime. If you go to Wellesbourne Market you can park up and watch, as 655 will be directly in fron of you and will head towards you when the crew carry out the break check.
I totally support the Kemble Airshow and its growing into an airshow worth going to, its just a ruddy shame we do our taxi run on the same day – but hey ho.
It will work well in a year or two as 558 will transit to Kemble via Wellesbourne maybe…. 8 Olympus engines on the go 😮

I last saw a V-bomber formation at Kemble a couple of years ago, with some excellent large r/c models flying.
I do hope your prediction of the return of ‘558 bears fruit. 😀

I really ought to be at Cockpitfest, but as i last saw a working Vulcan at Chivenor circa 1992, i think its time i caught up with one.

With Kemble show on Sunday, why go to Wellesbourne??? Stay at Kemble buy a ticket and support the show. These are exactly the type of shows that need your support otherwise they, along with a few others, will not be around in 2 or 3 years time.
Not havin’ a dig, but just find it a strange decision?????
