Southend Today

What was every one elses opinion, I thought a very enjoyable day out and the eurofighter was very very impresive, only down side was the commentater saying about the beautiful hurricane during the BBMF even though they had bought two spits, and a bloke next to me educating his son in the fact that the Aerostars use six spitfires 😡

I just got the impression that her engines were’nt run up to full power and even when they popped the brake chute, it did’nt even get to full size before being jettisoned.

Perhaps they were saving fuel for monday???

Worst thing is, I bigged it up to my cousin from Australia and I felt like a bit of a let down!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day at the airport – only downside was the weather, which obviously can’t be helped.

Because of previous commitments I was only at the airport for a couple of hours, but what I saw was quite good, will be back tomorrow for the whole show weather permitting. A few pics from my time there today.
