Hi All,
We were mighty busy at the weekend and have now mated the birdcage to the rear monocoque – she really does look like an aeroplane now, rather than a kids climbing frame!!
Next major step will be fitting out the centre section and undercart and dropping the fuselage on it…
Cheers then

Lawyers? Sex? I thought their personalities acted as extremely effective contraceptives?

don’t forget we still have the u/c downlock problem to overcome otherwise we ain’t goin no place..
BTW folks TT just swanned about again, lighting up fags, leaning on trailers, didn’t even have the strength to pick up that star on the fuselage…..something about extremely good sex the night before drained him of all his energy
tee hee………..tee hee…..tee hee

Interesting looking restoration. Must try harder to get to Bruntingthorpe in 2005.

Is that similar to a streetwise ninkumpoop? I think my missis has a twelve year old example of one of those, we could let you have it for a small fee!
By: TEXANTOMCAT - 19th April 2005 at 14:40
LOL! 😀 Aha! A schoolboy error tis a right handed one…the left handed version eludes us still!
Also looking for a counterclockwise ninkum pump (the later version) but ebay wont list it!

That’s the one. And is that a left handed grimble thromlet I see attached to the frame?

I thank yeew!
You mean the patented Brown Mk1 Anti Ground Loop Device?!

Blimey, it’s aeroplane shaped! Don’t reckon you’ll get much prop clearance with those wheels though matey. 😉
It’s looking good though, I like it. 🙂
