Snapper has actually recreated that shot himself, using the same (now stuffed!) goat.
Yeah Snapper recreated the scene to a fashion, it involved the goat being stuffed 😉

Well done Davey boy 😀 , It sure look’s like a picture of 609’s Goat to me 😮 .
The picture in the book is a little different, and might have been taken by some one else, or at another time maybe, I wonder if it’s the big bull Raw as well, Snapper could tell us I bet mate 😉 .

Funnily enough i found this on microfilm only this afternoon, printed it out and scanned it to put on this forum, and you stole my thuinder almost 🙂

PS – this comes from The New Zealand Observer Magazine dated the 7th of July 1943
