SOS, NAA & what does the tailcode on the T-38 mean, l think it’s in Texas but l can’t decypher it?

SOS = Struck Off Strength
NAA = North American Aviation
T-38 ‘LB’ = 64th FTW, Reese AFB (just west of Lubbock, Texas)
