Spare BBMF Ticket 23rd March

I have a spare ticket for Wednesday night.

I also have a spare seat in my car, if someone wants to cadge a lift and ticket.

As I’m currently unemployed, help with petrol money if you take me up on the lift offer would be appreciated.

I am coming from Plymouth – so I can pick up from anywhere along the route and may be persuaded to make a reasonable detour – you can see my current route by using the route planner at http://www.theaa.co.uk

I intend going to Eask Kirkby first to arrive by around 11am for the 11.30 & 1.30 ground runs. Then on to RAF Coningsby by 17.45.

I merely made what I consider to be a very sensible suggestion, at no point have I attacked you or been rude in any sense of the word, indeed it is you that has flown off the handle. I have no tried to police anyone, merely made a suggestion.

Rob, its not my fault if you cannot react in a sensible manner to honest advice given for honourable reasons.

If I have upset you then I apologise. I am glad that you have found a home for it, I hope you and the ticket holder have a wonderful time on the 23rd.

I don’t understand why you’re being so rude. I haven’t done anything wrong, and, frankly, I don’t need your advice. Thanks.

Who made you the Policeman?

Do yourself a favour Nick, if it doesn’t concern you, keep out of it. You’re behaving like a troll. This isn’t something I would normally associate with you, but there it is.

Perhaps, in retrospect, it might have been more polite if you had PMd me with your suggestion.

Not really enough time, is there had there been I would have done so.

I’m not trying to profit by it either. We actually pay on the door.

With regards to security, I have not been asked any questions concerning security – I expect that to be taken care of as/when we arrive. So I feel that isn’t my failing, really. The young lady I was going to bring is, in fact, of Chinese nationality.

I’ve no doubt if Norm has any queries upon reading this he’ll be in contact. It is, after all, the same medium they used to bring the event to our attention.

Have I done something to upset you?

Rob

As the BBMF are in control of the attendance for this event and have security arrangements to consider, would it not be better not to mention more polite to return the ticket to them for re-issue?
