… there’s one in Canada that has flown (some time ago) but isn’t currently airworthy and I believe there’s another under restoration.

To add a bit of detail to Rob’s comment, C-GEVS is now owned by Vintage Wings of Canada and is under restoration to fly again, after being restored and flown by the Spence family. The Shearwater Aviation Museum restored their Swordfish to ‘airworthy standard’ and chose to prove it by flying it, but without intending to keep it a flyer, the Museum’s mandate and funding not encouraging that option.
