The February AAIB Bulletin contains the reports on the force landing of L39 Albatros G-OTAF near Duxford in August ’03 and also a report on an in-flight propeller detachment on Miles Gemini G-AKKH near Old Warden in August ’02.
I know it’s a bit late to be posting a pointer to the Feb bulletin, but both reports contain some important notices and recommendations for operators of the L39 and to those who operate aircraft powered by Blackburn Cirrus engines with wooden props.
