Perhaps it has been posted earlier in this lengthy thread but always one of my favourites. The presenter’s exclamation makes it!

Don’t know if this reference has been seen; not a movie but the photos are interesting:

Not a harrier though 😉 points to anyone who can work out what it is :diablo:
I think its a mirage F1
Good thinking old boy, but if you freeze the frame (can’t copy and paste it) the air intakes are far too big for the mighty Mirage – I would say definatley Harrier for sure!
Looks like a Harrier to me too:)

…..or…..it could be that he’s a zillion-houred pilot who actually knows exactly what he’s doing. 🙂
Generally after doing a zillion hours you start to get a bit responsable. As I said when your young, ten foot tall and bullet proof things can get a bit carried away. Most who have done a zillion hours are a bit wiser.

..or…
Would you let this bloke fly your million dollar aircraft?, the camera man is either as stupid as the pilot or isn’t aware of the danger he is in.

In 1997, Shell pushed the boundaries of technical innovation with a groundbreaking display of courage and ability deep in the Mojave Desert.
Formula One fans and the general public were united in their appreciation of Shell’s visually stunning ‘Refuelling’ advert.

As you can imagine, refuelling a moving Ferrari Formula One car with a flying plane isn’t easy. Filming it was just as difficult (but brilliant to watch).
The “Making of” starts at 1.00 minutes. As of 1.33 a shadow appears above the camera-crew…

It’s a pity the Canberra is no longer available. That State of Texas campaign advert against highway rubbish has the pilot of the B17 saying “Bombs away” right at the end… :diablo:
NB there is a “Making the video” clip on the same page with some fast low flying runs… not just of the B17 but also a P51 Mustang and an F4F as well in formation.

Stratofreighter,
Jeez! And there was me expecting to see a low flying jet screaming towards the dashboard cam in that truck’s cab!! 😉
Pretty incredible really!
