Yes it will be open – but not much point being there at 8:30 as it doesn’t open until 10am……. 😉

The Vulcan has proven to be a reliable RV for Forum meets..
As has Andrew-O 😀

is the vulcan stil outside then or is the superhanger back together

The Vulcan has proven to be a reliable RV for Forum meets. It does however depend upon who you are meeting up with. For a number of forumites, a large platter of roadkill from the runway restaurant is more of an alure than stood beneath a V bomber whilst their extremeties go numb.

lol good point duxford it is as hendon i have been too loads of times anyway shall we have a meet if anyone is going anyway as it should be great fun

If you want to see everything properly at Duxford, including the Land Warfare Hall, then you need a full day at it. I estimate that with good traffic Hendon’s at least 1 hr 15 mins away – you’re pushing it to do both excellent museums justice in just one day!
By: Chipmunk Carol - 18th February 2005 at 17:55
Have you ever tried fitting both of those two in, in one day?
Have you ever tried fitting just Duxford in, in one day?
Good luck. Personally, I don’t reckon it can be done efficiently. You’d be best off dedicating two days to Duxford and, at least one long day to Hendon.

oh yeah we will be also shooting off to hendon sorry but duxford for most of the day
