Searching for Mr Philip Warner

If anyone knows Mr Warner, who is apparently restoring a P-51D in the vicinty of Cheltenham, I would be most grateful if they could pass a contact number or e-mail to me, or alternatively pass my details on to him. I have a friend who is working on a P-51D project himself and who would like to discuss points of mutual interest!
