Don’t know if you guys have noticed it yet, but in the new issue of ‘Classic Wings’ , pg. 37, upper right there is a photo of Patterson’s Sea Fury at a rather rainy Reno with several suspicious characters standing around on the wing, possibly contemplating how to ‘change out’ the engine and install the proper Bristol…..just thought I’d mention…

I had about 10 CDs to go through to choose pics for the spread….of course when I saw that ..the rest is history 🙂

It was a rather cold and snowy last day in Reno, and I was thinking to myself, “We’re not going anywhere in this”. I was just starting to think about where Hairyplane and I might have lunch when Howard said “Let’s Go!”, and the 3 of us fired up and headed East.
The weather did get much better after 50 miles.
