Mr.Crazymainer.

The Artist is a guy (or maybe gal) named B.L.Shannon and it is dated 42.
I got the inspiration to remove it from the junk frame and check the back at almost the same time you posted the suggestion.Unfortunately there is no info on the back. Thanks,Tim

Its a PV-1 or PBO-1 depending on the service.

I would say be the age it was a prop. add from either Time or Life my guess would be Life.

The style of apinting fites into their period adds, is their anything on the back side of the painting and also is their an artist name on the painting.
