The Scottish contingent had a close look at her earlier this year, and there was a photo posted on this forum of us lot standing in front. She’s looking slightly rough around the edges, but MOF have done a bit of maintenance on the paintwork over the years.At past open days it was sometimes possible to get inside, and the cockpit looked intact to my untrained eyes .On our visit, KeithMac gave us a very full talk on the various systems, and an explanation of what all the various hatches and bumps were for. He’s better qualified than most to give a more educated appraisal of her condition.
Its good to hear she’s going to get some attention. Any more details Peter?
