Hi,

Slighty OT so I apologise.

I am looking for books about the RAF operations in Palestine 1930’s and North West Frontier 1920’s-30’s.

The titles and ISBN numbers would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info. I have one of Tony’s other books ‘The War That Never Was’ about the Iraqi Revolt, excellent read.

I’ll see if my local library can get a hold of it.

Hi Alex,
I can recommend ‘Luck of the Devil’ by the late AVM Tony Dudgeon. He flew Hawker Harts on the Northwest Frontier in the 1930’s and went on to fly in the North Africa and the Middle East in WW2. I read it cover to cover just a few months back and it’s a cracking read, highly recommended.
