Hi all,
We all know that Craig Charleston has done a great job in reconstructing several 109 (E)’s, with one of them in flying now in Canada.
Having seen several photo’s showing two other fuselages in store and he has been working on a project for himself making at least four aiframes. What happened to the other ones, have these been finished already? One was reported to have been under restoration for a German customer.
Any information on these?
Cheers

Bf 109F-4 8347 England SD Yellow 10
6/JG54 Owned by CW Tomkins Ltd. Will be restored by Legendary Aircraft at Györ in Hungary. Ex Charleston Aviation, Essex.
Bf 109G-6 15458 England SD III/JG 1

Some interesting projects with substantial original material, definitely not dataplate restorations.
