Airworthy P-51s

I’m sure it’s been discussed here before but would anyone know offhand what the current number of airworthy Mustangs might be?

Mustangs Cessnas of the Warbird Community

Who Cares,

We all know that Mustangs and Spitfires are the Cessnas of the Warbird Community. 😮 :diablo: :p

Now give me a Big Round Engine plane that doesn’t have to worry about some Bloody Fluids. :p

You’ll find a list of airworthy UK Mustangs here.

I’m amazed. That is indeed a goodly number.

Thanks.

…And it is hoped a formation of 51 of them will be flying at Reno in 2006!
