Does anybody know John Rayner?
He was the author of an article on Opeation Jericho called “…and the Walls Came Tumbling Down” in the March 1994 edition of Flypast.
I was flicking through the issue today and spotted a photo of Richard Sampson, one of the airmen from Cambridge who was killed in the war.

The photo is credited to the author and I’d very much like to gain pernmission to use it on my site, because i don’t have any photos of Richard Sampson.
