I was there just after the opening, while the airshow was on, and the central euphemera display was packed with fascinated visitors, even while the sound of the aircraft zooming overhead was reverbarating through – clearly it was able to grab the partly interested. It’s an impressive facility.

And it’s surrounded by wineries and top-class seafood…
