Jet Provost nose section at Midland Air Museum

I had a day out at the Midland Air Museum at the back end of last month.

Anyway their was a cockpit section from a Jet Provost at the museum however I have not got a clue what JP it came from so can anyone fill me in please ?

looks like a T3 or similar (ha – like I know what I’m talking about).

you’re not wrong there Flood, it will be either a T3 or T4, trouble is the main difference between the two are different engines with the T4 having an uprated Viper unit and the T4 has a longer pitot tube (under the port wing), neither of which is of any use in identifying this one.

Its not in W&R19, and looks like a T3 or similar (ha – like I know what I’m talking about).

i’ll ask paul (relightflynn9 on this forum) next time i see/phone him, he’s a bit of an expert on JP’s.
