Ooooh, the silver Spits low down – they can come and mow my lawn anyday! 🙂
(Might be a job, though, when I live in a terrace! )

Extra 300 G-EIII
Neal H
I do have some of the Extra G-EIII. I’ll sort them out and post tomorrow. I didn’t post them initially as I didn’t think it fitted into the Historic theme.
Great display as always by Denny Dobson.

Glad you had a good show at Shoreham despite the wind. We had an absolute cracker at Little Gransden as I am sure other contributors will confirm. Really pleased you kept Denny at Shoreham however………………!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice photos, did you get any of the Extra?
I had a good weekend at Shoreham. Best displays for me were OFMC Spitfire and Mustang, Guy Wesgate in the Fox glider, Chinook, PC7, Dennis Kenyon, anfd Denny Dobson was fantastic on Saturday and was good today but had to work really hard because of the wind, especially during the limbo and ribbon cut.
Today was very windy and some items didn’t display, WW1 team and RAF Falcons. All the other acts did really well considering the conditions.
Another good show at Shoreham.

Broke with a very sick engine
Listed in the programme for the flying display was the Gannet T5 which would have been very nice to see but as mentioned on these boards is still in the USA.
Any updates anybody ??
Hi Spey111,
I was talking with Mike Rawson two nights ago and the Gannet came up, it appears that she might be there for awhile since the engine crap out and their really aren’t many spars to be found.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
