Just a quick plug for the re-scheduled Popham Aerojumble, a two day event, this saturday and sunday. It used to be on the sunday, after Shoreham’s aerojumble on saturday, but D1ck Richardson has decided to try a new date.
I’m looking forward to two days of reasonable weather, hopefully good enough to permit lots of flying, and above all, one or two treasures to be had!

Can’t make it this year, also not Shoreham 😡 . Pity as I enjoyed myself very much last year at both aerojumbles. Also it was nice to meet you and others on this forum as well. Will you please bury any Halifax bits so I can get them next year? 😀 :rolleyes:

I had to re-waxoyl the wheel wells of my campervan thanks to that damned Popham mud – talk about “clingy”, it was still there months later!
Yes, it’s now a two day event, although with it being the first, it’s hard to say which will be the best day in terms of stalls and things to see.
As far as I know, the usual classic cars etc will be there, so there should be plenty going on.

I will be there sat/sun – with the Solent Aviation Society tent – lets just hope the weather is better than the May Aerojumble

myself and NealP will be at POPHAM both days with a stand publicising Abingdon Fayre Air&Country Show2005….not to sure where-abouts on the field we’ll be,but why not come along and say HELLO!!!!!

Oh, I didn’t realise it was over 2 days this time. 😮 I presume the aerojumble is on both days? I can only make one of them and I want to make sure it’s the right one!
