they are.. Metheringham 1) 106 sqn memorial 2) remains of FIDO installation 3) remains of tower (on private property so didnt venture closer) 4) remains of a dispersal.

The seconf pic is the leading edge root fairing of a PA-28 at a guess, or the same from a JP Mk1. I say a Mk1 JP as, to the best of my knowledge, the later variants lost the forward extension at the inboard end. Or was that from the Mk3 on?

not much here, a bit of hardstanding and the wartime looking bldgs on the right hand of picture.. anyone any idea whats been used for the memorial? looks like lower part of fin of something?
