I’ve only had the camera a few weeks, so don’t really know what i’m doing – any comments / sugestions would be greatly appreciated 🙂

There were 4 Spits taking off with 3 P51s behind, but the other 2 Spits were a little to far up the runway to get good shots of 🙁

Great stuff – loved the two Spits taking off (but I’m biased! ;))

Nice pics.
Is that Cliff Spink in the Wildcat? The bone dome and oxygen mask look familiar.

Yeah there was someone waving from the door of both Dakotas 🙂

Great shots, Anzxio. The one of the Dakota is superb, and is that a guy waving out of the load door?
The shots of the two Grummans are beauties, too, mother hen and chick?!
One of the problems I always found with Fairford is that the sponsors always want to be visible, which leads to awful banners and other assorted clutter. You’ve done well bearing this in mind.
Make sure you post us future efforts!

They’re taken with a Canon 300D + kit lens or Sigma 70-300 APOII

Great pictures, I particularly like the atmospheric P47 shot.

If you do not know what you are doing, then these pictures should give you a fair idea, that you are doing well! Don’t under estimate your ability, as I think that these are good, especially the Avenger shot.
Well done
p.s. what camera did you get?
