Two English Electric Lightning jets will perform fly-pasts at the Bruntingthorpe airfield, from 10.30am on Sunday.
Yeah, right!
I would love to be there, nevertheless, but the date clashes with other things actually flying somewhere else 😀

I think I shall have a little wander up there me thinks.
Nothing going on around here this weekend except a bunch of old boring propjobs down at Duxford 😀
Can I sue that paper if the Lightnings dont fly 😉

According to the Leicester Mercury Newspaper:
“The Royal Air Force’s fastest aircraft will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a display at a Leicestershire airfield.”
“Two English Electric Lightning jets will perform fly-pasts at the Bruntingthorpe airfield, from 10.30am on Sunday.”
Sounds interesting… 🙂

Paul
