I visited Felixstowe Museum, Suffolk yesterday to have a look at the exhibition on the RAFs 90th anniversary, the exhibition is running all summer and was well attended. It only costs a £1 to get in and is well worth the visit. All that are in to modelling would be impressed too.
There are some good artefacts from the RNAS days going through to The Schneider Races and a room set up specially for the RAFs 90th which I found was well presented, well worth a visit. If you are into history the nearby Fort is of interest as there is a RAF connection too….
