Are you going to be running the bucc up on the 11th July I know it’s a LPG event but there is usually some other aircraft running.

As Andrew has mentioned, 894 is currently u/s and will be for sometime to come so will not feature on the 11th and probably not on the 5th September either, look forwards to next year. 🙁
Its not normal practice for the LPG to allow other movements from the resident Jets but this year maybe an exception to that rule, we’ll have to wait and see. 🙂

Slow progress on 706 at the moment waiting on a bomb trolley to be freed up to make a trolley to sit the rear end on while we pull the wings out.

I think XX894 is u/s but the other Bucc is OK however I have no idea if it will run.

Hi All

Just in case some of you havnt heard the lightning preservation group are holding a special QRA day for the lightnings 50th (well actually the P.1A) on july 11th. There will be single runs of both aircraft and a pairs run as well. Many ex lightning pilots will be attending and many people now involved in owning/restoring/operating lightnings.

Hope lots of you will be coming along.
