Industrial Blasting not really recommended for such an airframe if it is a flyer? Would really need the attention of a proper paint shop facility, careful stripping, cleaning, (inspection) and priming / painting etc.

If a static only yes get it blasted, but it would then need painting PDQ, or it will just got rusty PDQ!
