By the way, who is THIS landing Ray’s Boeing in a slightly wing low fashion. There was no crosswind. 🙂

Wow Jorgo! That is the only pic I’ve seen of our flight. I love it. That was so memorable. Phil Makanna was doing air-to-airs so I’m hoping to make the Ghosts calendar. Definitely one of the most memorable flights I’ve ever done. I don’t think you could have got closer to a mountain than we did.

And an absolutely huge thanks to Ray for his fabulous generosity.

Janie, it was tricky. How many guys do you know that have successfully scored the use of an Iroquois and a Hercules to use as camera ships? I’ll be paying the crew in beers for years to come….

Ah! So that is what you look like.

Maybe Ray was waxing lyrically about a particularly memorable marshalling experience.

There is a guy dressed in a G1 and a red cap behind Nigel. How many people were dressed like that, that weekend? I think someone was earwigging. You know who you are.

OK hands up. It was me 😀

Yes and Nigel is saying to Stuart “well we don’t usually do it as a five ship but if you want to bring the Hurricane in…..”

Well done Jorgo for getting yourself a cameraship. I know that took a lot of hard work on your part and was no mean feat.

And I love the way you caught Ray’s hands mid-gesture. Very funny. Maybe he was saying “I’ll dive down and when my left index finger catches up with my right thumb, I’ll start the turn”
