Possible loss to the Nation?

It’s disturbing to read that the sale seems to be at odds with the wishes of the family but from my own experience of wills and probate I know that the law often gets in the way of good intentions. Hopefully now the situation has had publicity some way of meeting the legal obligations and the wishes of the family might now be found.

Maybe the Lottery commission could chip in save this medal for the country!!!
