Chris, the cockpit c/n plate is just above the main crew door. This will have the c/n for the cockpit and the mod state for the aircraft / cockpit.

Hint: yours should read SH1644 making it a Shorts built one 😉

I havent got the old bird back to zoyland yet ,so i havent had a chance to get inside yet, ,but still been busy locating all the parts, now i am 90% there,
Then it will be strip clean , paint ,mend , then instrumets etc ,
Cant wait to get me hands on her, and think with the amount of parts ive found ,she will be pretty complete by next years aniversary,
Thats a real Bonus, about the Plate, I just hope its still on the aircraft 😮
