it is deep regret that this information is posted by the operators of the vulcan
but totally predictable;
large company promises and quotes + lotto money= uplifted prices and over spends.
we should have all known this was coming by looking at domes and stadiums
the real loosers will be the rest of the people asking for lotto money to help their respective projects.
the lottto people were reluctant to enter into this type of funding and will be certain to look at all future applications of this type with a negative view.

Nope – had an email from Felicity two days ago, but nothing new in that either.
I, for one, am disappointed that their promise to provide a link back to my site – so that we can build up a little extra funding for them – was approved by Felicity back in December, but nothing has happened at all.
Her response to my enquiry seemed to indicate she had forgotten about it – because it was clear she thought I was talking about something else completely.
