I need help in finding photos of Sea Fury WH588 “Baby Gorilla”
Once owned by the late Paul Morgan who crashed and died in her during 2001. Owned and raced by the late Lloyd Hamilton in the US.
As far as I can make out these were 2 totally different paint schemes. I have searched the net and found a few pictures that help but the main details I am missing are the front end details ie the cowl and markings the Undercarriage door marking and the underside markings. Also any other finer details I might have missed.
My brother is doing a Sea Fury model at the moment and wants it to be a good scale model of “Baby Gorilla” but these details are lacking in the photos I have see so far. Can anyone help further.
Known to have been exported to Sweden as on the CAA register.

There is an IPMS (international plastic modellers society) UK group that specialises in racing aircraft, its called ‘Bent Throttles’ , I came across them when looking for info on Reno warbird racers

exactly the kind of thing we were after. Anybody got a clearer photo of the nose art.
This photo will do fine for orientation for the writing and for basic design but need the fine detail in the art.
