Nice engine. I just wonder how these guys get these engine so perfect in miniature.
I have in the past been offered a restoration project of a Gypsy Queen engine but I turned it down on the grounds that my money would have to fund the project for materials but then the guy wanted it back. No thanks was my reply.
Have you ever seen the model Merlin engine. I have seen it in a modelling magazine before I think it might have been model engineering last year sometime.
The guy has been doing a Merlin which will go into a Spitfire once he has finished or so I remember someone saying.
The head had been done and now the crank case was being made. I really envy these guys but love the way they take the time to do this stuff.
