Fleet Air Arm pilots ditch

Three ex FAA pilots down in the Channel in a Cesspit 172.

Aged 82, 81 and 79 and they’ve made it!!!!

Really good news

Wonder if any of them have done it before? Do FAA pilots get a tie or pin or something for a ditching?:)

Cessna down

Well I see its main engine failed.

Presumably the APU and all the other engines kept running?
