Yup , she is still up there , her C of A expired in in 1998 and she is up for sale – although she hasn’t been advertised anywhere – she is stuck right at the back R/H/S of the Para Club hangar under tarpaulins , I got her registration details from G-INFO , brassed my case and phoned up the Para Club , I have written a letter to the address for Sir William Roberts given on G-INFO to ask if there is any chance of dragging her out for a photo – might as well try !! , nothing ventured nothing gained !!

Could try asking “Hairyplane” over on PPRuNe. He’s a current Maggie owner / operator and is well known for his knowledge of all things Miles. If anyone knows, he does.

Its serial number is R1914 and its last civil registration is G-AHUJ. I suspect it is still for sale and stored somewhere near Strathallan, but I’ll try and find out more.

Whats the serial. Anyone know?

Not as far as I can see , she was in the Para Club hangar – not anymore , she’s definately not in the old display hangar ( full of woodworkers ) and not lying around the estate anywhere , I was up watching a few mates up there recently and that’s what prompted the question . Unless she is under the pile of stuff in the rear of the Para hangar??
