Thse pictures aren’t to the standard of most on here but then they were taken using a digital camera that cost a fraction of the price of a D10
I take most of my pictures with my 500N but I took all ground shots and a few air shots with my Olympus C700UZ

Takes some getting used to
I manage a few good aerial shots but for the most part I just leave it for statics and taxiing
Must het a D10 sometime myself to replace my 500N’s

The C700UZ is a nice compact camera with a good size optical zoom lens (x10) but I found it very hard to get to grips with the shutter lag and slow AF. I very nearly buried into the concrete at FL 02, I was so frustrated with it. I didn’t even bother to take it this year.
Problems with chromatic aberration also plague the one I have, particularly at the maximum zoom (a known problem).
I even found just taking shots of nature hard, with the shutter lag causing me to miss the subject. I know, some say I should try and predict where my subject will be as I press the shutter, but unfortunately wildlife is not that predictable!
So my C700UZ has been gathering dust really. I took it on holiday, but only used it now and again.
I will get a 10D by hook or by crook, but for now the C700 will have to do.
