Took this at Thruxton and wondered if anyone knows what happened to the old girl. I think the time scale is around 20 years ago.
I have no idea of her registration details, but she was at Thruxton for quite a few years in this condition.

Thanks for that info. Apart from the obviously missing whirly bits ‘n’pieces and looking as though she could do with a damn good wash, she was in pretty good nick when I took the piccies. I seem to remember her being there in this condition for a number of years. Might see her fly one day !

Owned by Tim Moore and stored dismantled at Skysport. Don’t know her reg offhand, but she’s former Spanish Air Force, and also believed to be the only ex-Piedmont Airlines DC3 left.
