Filming at Duxford

Ashley do you know what was being film over at the officers mess on Sunday as I spotted a ‘chap’ dressed in RAF uniform driving a pre war car and there were lots of lights and things?

RE: Filming at Duxford

Hi Glenn

Any idea what colour HAC’s Hurricane is going to be wearing next year, I’m making strenuous enquiries in Canada to try and track down pictures of her in RCAF service to pass on to Guy and his team, but with no success yet.

Kind regards from a cold and wet Jersey.

You sure about that? Judging by footage of Moggy’s 30 minutes of fame last month Howard’s having a good go at joining Charlie. Looks like it could be catching… ๐Ÿ˜‰

RE: Filming at Duxford

It was a short film called โ€œThe Goodbye Planeโ€ by a film company called Kewhaven Pictures http://www15.brinkster.com/kewhaven/

On Saturday they were HACโ€™s Spitfire and Hurricane. The Spitfire flew and the Hurricane was static.
