Although this looks like a picture taken from a Hollywood movie, it is in fact a real photo, taken near the South African coast during a military exercise by the British Navy.
It has been nominated by Geo as “THE photo of the year”.

There’s also the caption, stating that it’s the ‘British Navy’. Since when did the FAA operate Blackhawks…?
And besides, even if they were using Observers as shark bait, they’d make him leave the helmet and flightsuit in the aircraft. Government cutbacks and all that… 😉

The image is faked. The picture of the helo operating near Golden Gate is genuine and was taken by the USAF:

Whoever faked it reversed the Pave Hawk image and added a Great White also taken from the web. The shark image can be found at the following url:

Not the only giveaway because just in front of the tail wheel someone has done a really bad retouch on a horizontal line along the length of the tailboom just underneath.
And another retouch just around the diver.And if you look in the surface of the water there is a ball like object which I suppose could be a float but it looks retouched.
Just my opinion.
