I would like to find information regarding the Predictive Gyro Gunsight fitted to the Mk9 Spitfire. I need pictures, technical specifications, usage, etc which would enable building a working model.
I would also like information as to if this gunsight would be fitted to Spitfires sent to Russia during WW2.

Not sure any would have gone to Russia in WW2 as they came in late in the war and the technology was new.
A chap wrote an excellent book on armaments and gunsights from the war (was available from Midland Counties)…..someone else in the group may be able to remember the proper title.
