Whatever became of the…………………….

Hi everyone. a long time ago, there was a good conversation/debate going on over the fate of the Blackpool Vulcan Bomber XL391. Whatever became of this bird as all info seems to have abruptly ended??

That is such a shame ANT. The last time I saw her was in 96 and she did indeed look rough then. Too bad that the cockpit has been vandalized as well, maybe someone will take it on as a project.

I can’t imagine for a minute that XL391 has any sort of long term future,except perhaps as frying pans!She is in such a bad way that I’m not convinced she would be moveable even if some sort of plan were put into action.All in all i think we have to admit that she is now something of a lost cause. 🙁
