Spitfire Project

I have recently read that a Mk1 Spitfire has been entered onto the UK civil register as G-MKIA.Does anyone know anything else about this project? Is it a restoration of an original or is it being built from scratch?
I know there was a feature about it in January’s Flypast but I’m afraid I missed that copy!

Do you take Pesos?

Can give you some drawings for some of the stuff mate.Already got some stuff going your way soon finally.Rollers are being machined up now actually. What type throttle plate you after,an early, mid or late type?Deicer **** drawing just needs to be converted from 2D from 3D and I have to finish off the valve .
