50 years of rain falling out of a gutter onto the building has severely damaged one of the walls, and the frost has got hold in many places. Dont get me wrong.. It’s not falling down, but it’s not ready to ‘move into’… It needs a lot of work. Why wont the farmer sell… I’ve no idea… Maybe because he doesn’t need to… He said he would sell to us (which is why i took a builder on site), but he didn’t give a price, and I know he’d want a lot from it. I’ll post some pics I’ve just found a bit later on this evening… you’ll see, some parts are in very good condition, but I remember the one wall that was very bad… Still, like I said… It’s not beyond saving.
