Mikey,
We’ve people on site Tues-Thurs and Sat-Sun.
The next building is the hangar for the helicopter collection but before then we’ve got to get the Viscount back together for the 60th anniversary of NAC next April. The celebrations are (tentatively) a national tour to some degree of hopefully a dominie, dak and friendly starting in CHC and launched with a champagne breakfast with ZK-BRF. Checkout Richard Waugh’s site for details as they unfold there.
Our finances have taken a hit recently (guess I can say this on a military focussed thread) with the return to NZ of the mortal remains of the ex-TEAL Lockheed Electra ZK-TEA which as we surf is in Hull UK awaiting her ship in the next few days. That gives us three of the four major 1960’s civil aircraft in the one place…just a friendly to go.
So Hudson hangars are a wee bit down the track…
